we want to bring soul to food, that's why we source our products from people that put heart and soul in what they do, from our local bakery, Devos-Hooge, that bakes our brioche buns twice a week, our wine merchant, Volatile, that works with small wineries all over Europe focused in natural and organic wines, a historic local butchery, Goeminne, to a family-owned breweries like Kerel, that are changing the game of craft beer.
At the market, our chef selects carefully every ingredient and puts heart and soul in the kitchen to deliver tasteful preparations,
